2013 ford edge climate control not working.

Jan 2, 2019 · I can manually change everything. Its just when I go to settings > remote start. I think it's likely that your climate control module or instrument cluster need to be reprogrammed. One thing I can think of that you might try first is what they call a global reset or "clearing" a logic jamb condition in the computers. I bought the suv in April of last year and never had to use heater so may not have been working when I bought it. Took to my mechanic and he had to replace the switch that opens and closes the door for heat/cold (sorry, don't remember the technical term). He said this is a big issue with the Edge. There is one for 2015. but that's because part of the instrument panel wasn't working due to a software update. not the whole thing. my entire cluster was dead. Newer cars more problems.Install new actuators, refer to WSM, Section 412-00. Reprogram the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) module to the latest calibration using IDS release 76.04 and higher or 77.01 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the VCM 2012.1 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraft.com.F-150 FX4 3.5L V6. The temperature settings on the dual climate control don't match. The passenger side blows warmer than the driver side, so if they are both set at 20*C, the a/c will be running on the driver side, while the passenger side blows hot.
