Working here has shown me that regardless of the farce of having support groups for minorities this place is full of bias. Aside from that there is huge lacknof accountability and support overall.The above and beyond customer service provided by Shubham Srivastava was more than 5 stars. He even waited on the phone with me while I uploaded more documents for my app and assured he would take great care of us during the application process. FirstKey has turned into a very toxic environment. Upper management is only focused on the numbers and not the quality of the houses or the quality of life they are forcing their staff and team leaders into by running lean (short staffed). In order to keep up and exceed expectations, you have to work 10-12 hour days.
